(Also understand that in order to modify your psp to a certain extent and to add iso and themes and custom apps, it has to jail broken ( aka have CFW installed) There are many things to do with CFW such as homebrews, ISO'S/CSO'S, and of course better themes. CFW or custom firmware is a special update of your PSP operating system.
